Music has a very unique link to our emotions, while being stressed it can be used as a stress reliever. Two types of music that could be extremely effective are Classical music or slow types of music. These types of music can help relax our bodies and mind, it also has a beneficial effect on our physiological functions. Because music has such big effect on our physiological functions it causes slowing of the pulse and our heart rates, which will help lower your blood pressure and decreases the level of our stress hormones.
Everybody likes their own type of music and because of that only certain music can help other people not feel as stressed. Music can absorb our attention and acts as a distraction and at the same time helps explore our emotions.
